Computer game graphics

What is computer game graphics?

They are visuals on screen, they create the atmosphere of the game and are normally matched to the genre. This contains things like concept art, texture art, Background graphics, User interface and other media art like posters.

What is graphics specialization?

Graphics specialization can be broken down into seven points, these are
Visual style, e.g. colour, style, photorealistic, cell-shaded, anime.
composition, typography, technical considerations, e.g. file format, file size, file naming, asset management, intended output and optimization.
Optimization is the process of modifying a software to make an aspect of it work more effectively and efficiently. The reason this is done so it's optimal and executes its purpose quicker, or is capable of operating with less memory storage.
Compression is where a file is reduced in bit size to help reduce resources usage, such as hard drive space. There is lossless compression (eliminates no needed data) and lossy compression (identifies marginally important information and removes it).
